Pearson Home Moving shall conduct business in a manner that meets or exceeds relevant ethical, legal, commercial and public expectations that society would expect of a business operating in its community.
We shall not offer or receive bribes or other such facilitating payments for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business.
Employees must disclose any conflict of interest regarding their position within the Company and should avoid any outside financial interest that might influence their work, Company decisions or actions.
Payments or offer of benefit of any kind other than those included in standard marketing policies of the Company may not be made to customers or prospective customers as an inducement for them to buy our products.
No employee or officer is permitted to engage in price fixing, bid rigging, allocation of markets or customers, or similar illegal activities. Furthermore, employees are instructed not to discuss the Company's business with customers and customers' business with anyone outside the Company.

Claims / complaints received from customers are dealt with in a fair and equitable manner - we take every complaint we receive very seriously and work with our customers to deal with them quickly and in a satisfactory way. Should the complaint arise during the move, the crew are instructed to advise the customer that the matter will be reported to the office so that corrective action can be taken.
